GENERAL CONDITIONS
Please
make reservations indicating:
- Name and number of passengers. (fill out form

Ages of children, if any.

Arrival and departure dates and means of transportation

Hotels: Class, type of room and meals required. Should you prefer a certain
hotel, please indicate name.

Name, email, phone numbers and fax of the next tour operator, in case clients
continue trip to a different country other than that of origin.
Confirmations
All requests will be answered by return E-Mail or fax in a maximum delay of 48
hours, and firm bookings with indication of status of reservations in the
subsequent Twenty-four hours.
Rates
All
rates are in U.S. Dollars, per passenger, are net and valid for the year
indicated therein.
Prices
are subject to change without previous notice, due to currency fluctuations,
additional taxes or not predictable reasons.
Deposits
and Payment
Individual
passengers: We must receive total payment no later than 21 days prior to the
client's arrival.
Groups:
We must receive total payment in our bank account no later than 60 days
prior to clients' arrival.
Accommodations
FITs:
In case of one passenger travelling alone, rates will be quoted on single basis,
and sharing twin or triple rooms for each of two, three or more passengers.
Groups:
Rates will be based on sharing twin-bedded rooms. Additional net cost for single
occupancy. Only 2 to 3 single rooms are confirmed for groups of 15 passengers.
Should more singles be needed, double rooms will be confirmed for single
occupancy and charged accordingly.
Tour
Leaders: For groups of minimum fifteen paying passengers, one Tour Leader
free of charge will be granted.
Cancellation
Charges
All
hotels require a non-refundable, one night deposit or total to be paid 60 days
prior to the usage of the hotel in case of groups, and 21 days prior in case of
FITS. For special festivities and holidays, such as Easter week, National Days
(28th and 29th July) and Inti-Raymi Festival in Cusco, the deadlines, deposits
and refunds are different. Thus:
FIT:
No charge if cancellation notice received at the latest 15 days prior to the
arrival date in Peru.
Groups:
No charge if cancellation notice received at the latest 45 days prior to arrival
date in Peru. If cancellation falls between 30 and 7 days before arrival of
passengers, we shall invoice those fees charged to us plus a percentage as a
handling fee.
If
cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival of passengers, no refund will
be made.
Hotels
We
have considered four categories of hotels. Please mention category desired when
requesting reservations. We can, of course, also make reservations at hotels of
your choice. In the event that the selected hotel is unable to be confirmed, we
reserve the right to substitute it with another of similar category. No-shows
for which we become liable for penalties, such amounts will be fully debited to
the booking agent. Hotel rates printed are per person and not per room. We must
receive Rooming Lists at least 60 days prior to client's arrival.
Airport
Departure Taxes
Airport
Departure Taxes are not included in our rates. All airports charge departure
taxes for domestic and international flights and are subject to periodic changes
without previous notice. For local flights, prices are US$ 6.00. For International
flights the current price is US$ 29.00
Transfers
and Porterage
For
all airport transfers, porterage is included for two bags per person, both at
the hotel and the airport, unless otherwise specified.
Meals
Meals
are not included, except if specified.
Excursions
and Itineraries
Excursions
are by private car or on seat-in-bus basis accompanied by an official guide.
Languages provided: English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Japanese.
Other languages subject to availability.
We
reserve the right to change travel programs, routes and timetables with or
without prior notice, when circumstances beyond our control make such changes
necessary. Portions of the itinerary included in the tour and not used by the
participant, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, meals or other
such items are not refundable.
Liability
Our
tour agency acts solely as agent in all matters relating to transportation,
hotel accommodation, services and facilities provided by other parties and are
responsible only for the completion of the services confirmed. While exercising
every possible precaution, we are not responsible for injury, sickness, damage,
loss, additional expenses, accidental delay or other irregularities which may be
caused either through willful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of
companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation
or other services related to the accomplishment of the tour, or through natural
disasters, social upheavals or Acts of God.
